Location: BRiC (Boca Raton Innovation Campus 8:00 AM– Recovery Through Repetition (RTR) is excited to host its 1st Annual RTR 5K for Recovery and Mental Health Awareness this May, bringing together individuals in recovery and supporters through movement, connection, and purpose.
RTR’s mission is to unite the recovery community through fitness, fellowship, and service—the three pillars that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of addiction. Through shared workouts, mentorship, and giving back, RTR creates a safe and supportive environment where those affected by addiction can heal, grow, and thrive. For many, RTR is more than a gym—it’s a home away from home.
The RTR 5K is a celebration of resilience, proving that recovery is not a path walked alone. Whether running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, participants will come together to support mental health, wellness, and the power of community. Proceeds will fund RTR’s mission, including fitness scholarships, certifications, and outreach, with a portion donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in memory of Melanie Simon.
Together, we are stronger in recovery. Join us for a day of movement, connection, and purpose. To register or learn more, visit RTR 5K for Recovery Run/Walk
